Hello People!
Were you at NPLGC FOC 2011?!
Well We were! But if you were not there, here is what happened.
It was AWESOME!
On the First day as all of us gathered at the side of the Alumni Pool the mood was sombre...............

Everyone was shy. But thanks to our Super Duper AWESOME Freshies (WOOHOO!) and our equally awesome Group leaders!
It was soon..........

..
Everyone started to talk and joke, and got to know one another's names (but maybe not remember them). The committee breathed a sigh of relief! And we haven't even gone through the first games yet!

Next.............
We got Wet as we splashed around in the pool playing Capture the flag, Captain's ball and a friendly relay. Lifeguards to be Swam, Ran (Yes it is possible) and splashed their way into the evening. Everyone really got bonded even though some of us had only met hours before.
All in all the first day of the camp was energy-PACKED but still exhausting! And the Freshies STILL had ENERGY! (WHAT IN THE WORLD?!) As they prepared to head of to their rooms.

DAY 2
Day 2 started of a bit wet..... and loud with Thunder and Lighting effectively cancelling any outdoor activities. The Freshies (Still some how high from the day before.) slowly started to lose their High mood, as we changed to our Wet Weather games.
It was so Boring
........
Someone fell asleep next to the Dummy.
(Tsk Tsk)
[Cricket sound]
SOON AFTER.........
The Campers took a well-deserved break, seeking shade from the Incredibly Hot Singaporean Sun as we had Lunch.
......
....
...
The campers were then briefed about Lifesaving CCA in NP. Also we did Goal Setting for the Year. We pasted our goals for the year for ourselves and pasted it on these boards.
Next they set off for the supermarkets to prepare for the Barbeque that night.
Finally after 2 days! We reached the highlight of the camp! The Barbeque! The Campers came in their secondary school uniforms and spent most of the night barbeque-ing, camwhor-ing, playing cards, swinging on the swings and munching on our food!
AFTER! even more Camwhor-ing through the night. We all fell on our beds in exhaustion.
Day 3
On the final day of the camp. We ended the camp on a more emotional mood as we wrote our well-wishes and thanks on drawing block pasted on each other's backs.
And with that we ended NPLGC FOC 2011 :)
The Committee would like to extend our appreciation to our Super Awesome Group Leaders.
As well as our SUPER DUPER AWESOME Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (I googled that) Campers!
Remember the goals you set! Strive towards it! Don't ever give up! (cause we will be checking up on you MUAHAHAHAHA)
