Hello great awesome people!!
Our annual Kusu voluntary's back again! :D
To those new to this, Our club has been faithfully volunteering our service to the visitors of Kusu Island for a weekend during the 9th lunar month for many years. :)
Stated below are basically what we will be doing there:
Scope:
1. To help out in ensuring safety of the people travelling in and out of Kusu Island
2. To perform lifeguard duties in the beaches at Kusu Island
3. To ensure safety of the ferry services at the Jetty located at Marina and Kusu Island
Objectives:
1. Experience and applying lifesaving skills learnt in CCA to real life situations
2. Experience in performing lifesaving duties
3. Bonding across different classes (LS123, BM) with qualified lifeguards
4. Community service in lifesaving
5. Promoting water safety among members
Details:
Date: 8-9 October (Saturday - Sunday), Overnight stay on Kusu Island
Meeting Time: 7.30am (Gather at Marina Bay MRT)
Venue: Kusu Island
Vacancies: 30 pax (Open to ALL members!)
We also will be having a BBQ session at night and a stayover on the island.

Please note that intake will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis and priority will be given to members who are able to make it for both days (+overnight stay). But just sign up if you're interested la kay :D
